FLORIDA ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Florida Secretary of State requires that Florida Corporations and Limited Liability Companies file an Annual Report each year. The Secretary of State will mail a post card reminder to the Registered Agent each January.

FLORIDA ANNUAL REPORT FILING FEES AND DUE DATES

Corporation $150.00
The Annual Report for Florida Corporations is due each year on or by May 1st.

Limited Liability Company $50.00
The Annual Report for Florida LLCs is due each year on or by May 1st.

FLORIDA ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
